Gluten Free Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Tennessee Pride Hot Sausage
- 1 pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 can diced tomato
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 3-4 Bell Peppers (we like the orange, yellow, and red ones best)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage. When completely browned, drain. Place over low-heat and add cream cheese, diced tomato, and corn. Stir until completely melted together.
- Cut the top off of bell peppers and spoon out all of the seeds. Fill the bell peppers with the prepared sausage mix. Place the bell peppers on a cookie sheet (to catch any drippings, in case you filled yours to the tip top like we do) and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
